To grow up with the company
In the conception of creating the web site we decided that it should evoluate with the company itself. We prediced the option to change the structure and the content of the web site easily and frequently. We decided that we should make changes depending on the behavior and the reactions of the clients, because of the lack of information and low popularity of the service. This is why the website had to be easy to manage and the structure to allow changes, without any affections on the Google overall ranking in the search results.
To keep the potential clients
In the first stage of the project we focused on the presenting of the service – what it includes and what are the the benefits from it. Later then, the focus moved on the presenting the the portfolio of the successful projets that inspire professionalism, which guarantee that in the end there wouldn`t be any differences between prevoisly accepted model from the client and the the final result.
To keep the pontential clients
One of our main targets was to keep the potential clients as long as possible on the website. This is why the webiste design was oriented to load as fastest as it can. We took a plenty of time on creating an interesting content, just to be attractive for the visitor. We decided to bank on a simple design, interesting pictures and the 3D visualizations of the projects.
In same time, except the website, we created and a blog, too. Its purpose is to give more detailed information about the service and to be an option for easily commucation with the potential clients.
A different point of view
The leading point of view in our work is the principle that every client should get the best from our work. We do not use default templates, but our own, which do not have any restrictions in the design or the functionality. Thanks of the individual method of working and the extensive work we guarantee not only an attractive and catchy online presence, but also a miximum effectivity from our work.
For us the website is a tool for attracting more clients and sales, which has a pre-set target and life. Our experience showes us that the website effectivity or life is no more than 2 to 5 yeards. After this period it needs to be re-designed, because of the new technologies and the actions of the competitors.
The whole conception for the digital marketing strategy of Acherno was built on the idea to be in a long term plan. It had to be enought flexible and effective for a start – up workshop, but also to be appropriate for a serious company, leader in the sector of the interior design services.
All of the programs and applications are integrated in a way to achieve full optimization of the working processes, the file transter and the client`s servicing. The process of developing and integrating the system "Digital Asset Managment", the perodical synchronization and the back up of information, guarantee reliability and reduces to minimum the option of any wrong comands in the system.
We decided to rely on a stretegy for a massive advertising campaign, which will attract more potential customers. The relatively high price for a customer conversion and the specific customer behavior in acquiring the service – once a time, determined the need to focus on the high effective advertising channels and slogans.
One of the main rules in our work is that only the precise targeting is the successful way for making right decisions.
One of the videos that we created provoked a quite of interest and after the advertising campaign was done it had reached a lot of potential costumers and was watched from over 400 people. Another video material, which we made for 'Acherno' has been already seen from over 15 000 people.
